1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by pebbitapply.mom ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
pebbitapply.mom provides autonomous submarine drone inspection services for underwater assets, including but not limited to ship hulls, subsea pipelines, offshore structures, and port facilities. Our services include drone deployment, data collection, analysis, and report delivery.
3. Service Agreements
All inspection engagements are governed by individual service agreements that detail scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate asset information and site access
- Ensuring safe operational conditions for drone deployment
- Obtaining necessary permits and authorizations for inspection activities
- Designating a point of contact for operational coordination
5. Intellectual Property
All inspection data, reports, and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. pebbitapply.mom retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our AI systems and services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our inspection reports provide data and analysis to support decision-making. pebbitapply.mom is not liable for decisions made based on inspection findings. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service engagement in question.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, inspection findings, and asset information as strictly confidential. Data is stored in encrypted systems and shared only with authorized personnel.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Inspections may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur mobilization fees as outlined in your service agreement.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, equipment failure, or regulatory changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Stavanger, Norway.
